How To Use a Gun Lock with a Revolver

Big Waves Inc has been giving out free cable-style gun locks. Please watch the video or read the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to easily use your gun lock on a rifle.
Please note: Before getting started, please be sure to follow all gun safety guidelines.

Step 1
Make sure your revolver is unloaded. Visually inspect the cylinder to ensure it is empty.

Step 2
Remove the cylinder from the revolver. Remove the locking pin, pull the hammer, and remove the cylinder. Unlock your gun lock and feed the cable through the cylinder and through the barrel, and back to the lock.

Step 3
Lock your gun lock. It’s good practice to store your key separately from your gun and ammunition safely.
